Required:
- You must have a good level of fitness and have previously attended Smart Girl Self Defense class to register for this class (plus some refreshers is helpful).
- This next level class will cover higher level techniques related to stopping tackles, next level kicks, tosses, and other more counter offensive techniques to grabs, chokes and holds.
