Self defense concepts, the most common grabs and holds, firearm retention (taught by law enforcement) as it relates to self defense, psychology and resiliency.
Smart Girl Defense will provide a 4.5-hour course in personal unarmed confrontations to include but not limited to:
- Equipping women with situational awareness.
- Practical self-defense techniques, consisting of the most common grabs and holds.
- Provide them with the ability to better handle common threats to safety, as well understand some of the psychology associated with crises and dangerous situations.
Please Note:
- Athletic attire, limit jewelry and keep hair pulled back.
- Instructors are certified, or have extensive experience in self-defense instruction, or fighting, and emergency first aid.
