Led by a nurse, former educator and self defense instructor, Heather Winkeljohn and her husband, world renowned Coach, Mike Winkeljohn.
For years, the Winkeljohns operated an adaptive MMA, non profit for disabled youth and teens. They also have an adult daughter, with hemiplegia.This supportive and judgment-free class will help you build confidence, awareness, and the ability to respond under pressure.
