Dayna | Coach

Hi all! My name is Dayna Davis. I am a mother to two incredible little people and a wife to my bestie.

I am a Marine Corp Veteran. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in fashion design (someday I’ll have the CUTEST ninja/athletic apparel line.)

I am a personal trainer, and a Coach for Smart Girl Self Defense and for the IncredAble Adaptive MMA program (the non-profit founded by Mike and Heather Winkeljohn to serve disabled and at risk youth and teens). I am also a well rounded, high level ninja/ MMA fighter at Jackson Wink.

I started my ninja journey 7 years ago in an all women, cardio kickboxing studio. I was 220lbs, mentally broken and completely lost.

Putting those gloves on brought me back to myself. Beyond that, it’s helping me become more than I ever knew that I could be.

I am HONORED to be able to assist you all in your journey and to be in the presence of fellow women warriors! Let’s do the hard things together and make our future selves proud!
