About the Event
This next level class will cover higher level techniques related to stopping tackles, next level kicks, tosses, and other more counter offensive techniques to grabs, chokes and holds.
Required:
- You must have a good level of fitness and have previously attended Smart Girl Self Defense class to register for this class (plus some refreshers is helpful).
- Minimum age is 14 for this class. Not for younger girls.
