Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services except where permitted by law
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit our content without authorization
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

Impersonate Smart Girl Self Defense or another person or organization
Attempt to circumvent security or access restrictions

6. TRAINING CONTENT AND SAFETY
Smart Girl Self Defense provides educational self-defense and safety training.
Participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you and should seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.
Training content is provided for educational purposes and is not a guarantee of personal safety or a substitute for professional medical, legal, emergency, or law-enforcement advice.
You should use your own judgment and follow appropriate safety precautions when practicing any physical techniques demonstrated through the Services.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including text, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, trademarks, logos, course materials, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Smart Girl Self Defense and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

SMART GIRL SELF DEFENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
SMART GIRL SELF DEFENSE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM PARTICIPATION IN SELF-DEFENSE OR SAFETY TRAINING.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SMART GIRL SELF DEFENSE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. INDEMNIFICATION

13. TERMINATION
