Training: Smart Girl Self Defense

Self defense concepts, the most common grabs and holds, firearm retention (taught by law enforcement) as it relates to self defense, psychology and resiliency.

Smart Girl Defense will provide a 4.5-hour course in personal unarmed confrontations to include but not limited to:

• Equipping women with situational awareness,
• Practical self-defense techniques, consisting of the most common grabs and holds.
• Provide them with the ability to better handle common threats to safety, as well understand some of the psychology associated with crises and dangerous situations.

Please Note:

• Athletic attire, limit jewelry and keep hair pulled back.
• Instructors are certified, or have extensive experience in self-defense instruction, or fighting, and emergency first aid.
