Course: Emergency First Aid

Managing bleeds and injuries and airway, at Smart Girl Self Defense:

Emergency First Aid training at Smart Girl Self Defense/alternate location Calibers
Basic CPR/AED
Bleeding control and wound care (tourniquet)
Managing common injuries, sprains, fractures
Preparing an effective emergency kit

Please Note:

Athletic attire, limit jewelry and keep hair pulled back.
Instructors are certified, or have extensive experience in self-defense instruction, or fighting, and emergency first aid.
